Plan Tier 1 includes only short-formed animations with a two business day turnaround, so the maximum request is 10.
Plan Tier 2 & 3 are compounding the previous tier’s tasks, so it’s more complex. Tier 2 includes both short-formed animations with a two business day turnaround, and up to 15 seconds animated video with a three business day turnaround. If only requesting 15 seconds of animated videos, the maximum request is 7. With the same calculation in mind, for Tier 3, the maximum 90 seconds animated video request is 5.

The graphic illustration with a one to two business day turnaround can be turning in simultaneously along with another animation project in Tier 3. But it also depends on the complexity of your illustration request.

Yes, I do! But it also depends on the complexity of your request. Normally, (15s and up) before getting into the animation phase, I always like to share a storyboard with you, and revise it until you’re satisfied with it. However, please don’t forget with the given timeframe we both have, I do encourage you and your team to provide timely decisions to move fast!

The monthly fare would be spread out to each business day equally, which means the day you cancel, you’ll get this day till the end of that month’s fare back.
